For 14 years, Architect Evans has provided construction consultancy and project management services on over 40 residential, commercial and hotel projects. From 2021 to 2024, she was contracted to provide architectural design and construction consultation services to the Government of Jamaica and other significant infrastructure projects valued at over 800 Million JMD.

Our Spatial Specialist
Architect Michaelia Evans is a motivated and experienced architect with over eighteen years in the built environment. A registered architect with the Architects Registration Board of Jamaica, since 2020 and a full member of the Jamaican Institute of Architects, she is also the founder of me Design & Construction, established in 2011, where she leads projects that blend thoughtful design with practical construction expertise.
