Our Brand Systems
Strategist
Oneil Banton is a multidisciplinary creative with a degree in Illustration from Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts. With a lifelong passion for visual storytelling, he began his career as a teacher of young children before moving into freelance visual communication.

Between 2014 and 2017, Oneil held roles as an art director, graphic designer, and photographer at various agencies, gaining experience across industries and mediums. In 2017, he founded Rizzen Brand Consultancy, a studio focused on intentional, process-driven brand development.
At SUITE M, Oneil leads key visual strategy services including the Brand Diagnosis and Brand Visual Identity Mapping sessions. He helps clients assess whether their visuals align with their goals, identify areas for improvement, and clarify the steps needed to achieve a brand look that is confident, consistent, and aligned with their business direction.
