SUITE M is a multidisciplinary consulting collective operated by Match Sync Marketing Consulting Ltd, offering systems, strategy, and skill-building support through specialized consulting, workshops, and related services.

a. Booking

Consulting sessions, workshops, or courses may be booked directly through our website or via authorized partners. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received in accordance with the terms outlined below.

b. Payment

Payment terms vary depending on the type of service:

• Standard and Micro Consulting Sessions: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

• Custom Projects, Retainers, or Extended Engagements: A partial payment or deposit may be required upfront, with the remaining balance due as specified in your proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

• Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure project time, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• All payments must be completed prior to final delivery of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are processed through our UK-based operations, in GBP (British Pounds) or USD, as applicable.

c. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a partial refund or credit.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment. Exceptions may apply in cases of emergency, at our discretion.

For project-based engagements, refund and cancellation terms will follow the conditions outlined in the client’s signed service agreement.

This website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites and do not endorse them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Match Sync Marketing Consulting Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, consultants, and associated professionals shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website, our materials, or consulting services.

All services are provided in good faith and based on the information available at the time of engagement. You acknowledge that implementing systems, strategies, or advice carries inherent business risks, and outcomes may vary.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Jamaica and the United Kingdom.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica or the United Kingdom, depending on the location of the transaction or service provided.
